IRIS is an organization which is undergoing amazing growth. During this phase, many organizations put relentless pressure on employees to achieve deliverables. This is not a case with IRIS. IRIS is supporting all the employees across all the fronts [professional & personal]. Not only there is career development plan for employees,during pandemic, no salary deductions, layoffs or appraisal cancellation happened. In fact bonus were given, salary appraisals were very good [as compared to market] for deserving candidates and promotions were also given. In addition to monetary benefits, during pandemic all kinds of medical facilities were provided including vaccination, oxygen cylinders, information related to seats availability in hospitals, etc. For associates who lost their lives during these difficult times, IRIS provided monetary support for the family to help them to some extent....Read More

Good work life balance, got opportunity to grow skill set and career as per Individuals capabilities. Employee oriented programs and process being followed by company.

nothing disliked so far, just more work need to be done on extending equal onsite opportunities to employees to increase communication in onsite/offshore model.

Dislikes

Mid level managers are biased and very bad. Too much process oriented, less focus on technology.
