Client based projects are worst. Whatever client says you have to do even on midnight, weekends. In this Iris management has no say. No work life balance for some of the projects.

Employee centric policies. Top management is transparent in communication. Provided immense support [medical and financial] to employee in NCR and outside NCR during Covid times. Anybody putting in real efforts here, are bound to grow.

IRIS is an organization which is undergoing amazing growth. During this phase, many organizations put relentless pressure on employees to achieve deliverables. This is not a case with IRIS. IRIS is supporting all the employees across all the fronts [professional & personal]. Not only there is career development plan for employees,during pandemic, no salary deductions, layoffs or appraisal cancellation happened. In fact bonus were given, salary appraisals were very good [as compared to market] for deserving candidates and promotions were also given. Good top management, owner is excellent person, having good vision.

Dislikes

Mid level managers are biased and very bad. Too much process oriented, less focus on technology.
