Everything. If there is a minus star I would have given. No work life balance. They will suck your blood. Managers are biased. No parking facility, HR is useless. Targeting managers. The only think I like is the shift timing especially for female employees.

When it comes to appraisal only employees who is close with their TL or manager are likely to get good ratings however the hard working employees are always left with nothing and also when it comes to health they are not concern about the employees health however the work should be done.
