Dislikes

Everything. Biased managers too much of politics. Senior managers ugh horrible attitude. No job security. Hard workers won’t be recognised, no work like balance, we end up working for 11 hrs. Still there will be no appreciation or watsoever. Parking is not organised, small cafeteria. Worst is poor management and politics

Work from home, fixed weekends off.

Dislikes

Everything. If there is a minus star I would have given. No work life balance. They will suck your blood. Managers are biased. No parking facility, HR is useless. Targeting managers. No proper organisation, they will dump all work on leads heads. If you be a puppet to your immediate manager, then you can survive there. You cant express your opinion, managers are not open to feedback. They just want us to do what they want. Micromanaging to the core, lots of politics....Read More
