I like the company, but despite having skills and a bachelor's degree, our work isn’t truly valued. Even after working for 5-7 years, managers and directors don’t recommend us for permanent positions. Instead, they only review our contracts, making job security uncertain.

Having a great team to work with coordination and cooperation. Work culture is nice. Job security is one the good factor which I like the most.

Slow growth and less increment. Management does partiality with the team members. Work life balance is not so good due to long working hours.
