Nothing to like there. Only politics in office.

Dislikes

No job security. they fired everyone who are working from home. No promotions and no salary hike in past few years. Too much work politics and no work life balance. They made you work whole night for projects for which unprofessional people decided the deadline. Even weekends and holidays they count as workdays for deadline.

Very interesting projects to work on! Technically challenging and industrywise diverse. They are not boring run of the mill. I like that we get to wrok on new things and solving business problems. Work hours are flexible which helps. Seniors encourage to learn and explore new technology

While training programs are there, More number of structured training programs for existing employees will help

Opportunity to learn and gain knowledge. You will learn pressure handling and extensive work with time management. Salary is competitive.

No work life balance. Salary credits on 1st day of the moth i.e. 1 day late. HR department is not supportive. Have to stretch till late night or even early mornings for deliverables. Not ethical work culture.

Managers needs to improve management, mostly work is done by the team leads , SDE and QA. If managers manage the team properly rather than just talking to client that would be great improvement, there is always little bit politics also .

Poor Management. Less salary hikes/appraisal, less appreciation. They don't even ask employees, what are their expectations for appraisal, management decides itself.
