Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Scrum Master/Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles and practices, excellent communication skills, and a problem-solving mindset. This role will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, managing Agile frameworks, and ensuring effective collaboration between business and development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Leadership: Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Retrospective Management: Conduct retrospective meetings to assess team performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Product Backlog Management: Collaborate with the Product Owner and Developers to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
• Requirement Analysis & Documentation: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure clear communication with stakeholders and development teams.
• Agile Implementation: Drive Agile best practices, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to Scrum methodologies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
• JIRA & Confluence Management: Maintain JIRA boards, Confluence pages, and other Agile tools for transparent project tracking.
• Kanban & Scrum Planning: Effectively utilize Kanban and Scrum methodologies to improve workflow and delivery.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks and blockers, proactively addressing them to keep the project on track.
• Continuous Improvement: Encourage a culture of continuous learning and process optimization within the team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices
• Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile coaching
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Scrum Planning, and Kanban
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage and document requirements efficiently
• Experience in working with Product Owners, Developers, and cross-functional teams
• Certifications (Preferred): Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent
