The Mangement to whome we are not connected seems to be good on paper. There have policy for everything (Althogh Implemnation depends on Person who is implementing) The Recruitment Process is very Rigid (Although Slow)

As a Engineer working in Project: No Skill Development programmes are done us. There is no Work Life Balance, We have to work on Holidays , Sundays as well as for more than 10 hours . Even if we are late by 1 minute the Software (Darwin Box) marks half day leave. It doe not consider the extra time worked at night. No Extra copensation is given . Even after working for more than 10 hours company does not give any sanck nor on working on a Holiday There is no Job Security. The Job is thre till your Manger wants, This creates an enviornment where only those who Butter Flourish. The Company follows the policy of Hire and Fire. If Client doesn not like you you are fired even if the client has asked for removal becuaes of some reasons like to appease a Contractor. There is No Carrer Growth for Engineers . Only Those who are connected to People in Head office Grow. Although there is a increase of 2-4% per anum in Renumration (That too was suspended during Covid) As far as I know at lease 80% of people with whome I work are searching for Jobs and will leave the same day they get another....Read More

It's fixed term employment as the days passes you need to get jump into other employer.

Ineficient senior management. Disrespects women. On Women's Day directors of the organization said "Women cry all the time, they are not comfortable discussing with women. Women who don't work are comfort seekers so on and so forth." Doesn't give time for transition to the new employee.

We were never asked in the call how the WHO people are making us work, whether we are happy or not. I think that not talking to them after signing the agreement is not right, the company should follow up.
