There strict wfo policy they will provide 2 days wfh based on your relation with managers , no wfh even if you have major function in you family where u need long leaves more than 2 week than no chance earlier they used to give wfh if you are going home but their new policy sucks... HR do take feedbacks but sorry they share yournames with manager if u mention anything in feedback.. 2. Next is night shift ...they don't give night shift allowances to any one in any projects other than palo alto 3. For fresher package is 4 but in hand is 24600 4. Rest is mbo and attendance bonus., which you will get like peanuts...they will take your leaves as well as attendence bonus as well... 5 kra for csat is very high, i just don't understand if you are not getting csat aa well as dsat how it is impacting their business. 6. Politics is their...TLs do scam ...they will make one of the college their gf...and help them solely without proper looking to other people. 7 . Everything. Worst management. You will be reporting to the operation goons who knows nothing. They will recruit a communication trainer and will not let them work independently. They will ask you to do what they think os right and if uou tell them that it won’t work, they’ll say they have been in that company for more than you have,so they know what will work and will make you work like a quality agent. In the end what they said won’t work and they’ll again come back to us and again do the same! You won’t be a trainer here, rather a slave. You can’t learn anything new! You can only tell the recruiter of the next company that you have done something, learnt something apart from just audits and coaching, that too they will expect 100 audits and 100 coachings a week, but sorry! Where is the training part that is there in my designation!!!!! There is mo SOP. One week you will audit a set of people’s contact and voah and next week another but the second week, they will ask you on the traction of the set of people you coahed last week! The management, no updation to their mindset, people working from last 10/15 years thinking that they own the place and treating like school, no professionalism and freedom to work at all. The salary structure, even before the appraisal meeting they will be fixed with your wage and further opportunities. A good licker can grow and a strong skilled employee can walk out.
