They not considered but later they implement some dumb ideas and got worst results. About management they assign non-java developer and lower than your experience person as your lead for you. What is even wrong with such companies why are they not allowing someone to exit the company even when they are not doing well. A person who have already completed half of his/her notice period and are willing to even pay for the exit must simply be given their right to exit.
