Salary was delayed almost all months it came on 8 or 9 or 13 . No pf was deducted , no tds . Complete mess for employee to keep track of reimbursement and salary. Continuos monitoring on CCTV of employee activities like in "big boss" , very toxic culture . Unprofessional hires full of doubts slow you down and cause you to become doubtful of your skills . Blame game is commonplace. Complete absense of strong vision , no proper guidance or direction given by higher management results in everyone running around like headless chicken and trying to put responsibility on other people and side stepping to avoid blame....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
