Working at Intuit has good benefits & salary. It’s good for first year. They will give lot of perks at 1st year

Dislikes

It has very toxic culture. Remember if they hire you for high package they want you from 9 to 2 am. It’s very hectic work culture. Manager called late night & work.

1. Intuit lacks job stability. They intentionally put employees in PIP and later remove them. 2. Forget promotions/recognitions 3. Earlier untill 2016/2017 company culture was good. Now its just like any other service based company. 4. Just by paying good salary they fool people. its a kind of trap

There was completely unnecessary flake company got recently. It was not like they called everyone underperformers. They had already given us heads up, gave enough time to learn new tools, technology, they created so many internal mobility opportunities for team members to move around & take up new roles. They did everything they could to save employees.
