Earlier I have nothing to dislike but within one year there are alot of changes in company Policy also in my team there are some partiality I have observed. Also some descision taken care of company growth actually leading to fall for company.

What I would like to address about the things I like in In Time Tec is its open environment. No matter who you want to talk to, every individual is just a text away, irrespective of the designation. People are friendly and willing to help at any level.

Since my stint with ITT just begun, I haven't experienced anything to be dislike so far.

Don't like policy for working hours. If work hours are being extended due to business requirement, one is not allowed to work remotely and complete remaining/required tasks. Don't like Gratuity and Health Insurance getting deducted from employee's salary. And, same is not mentioned in salary slip.
