When I joined the organization, they upheld the core value of "people first." However, over the past 1.5 years, I feel this value has diluted due to the presence of some less skilled and undeserving seniors and managers. The overall ratio of skilled employees has decreased drastically, and the salary increments are somewhat below market standards. Additionally, the internal programs can sometimes feel overwhelming. What I would like to address about the things I like in In Time Tec is its open environment. No matter who you want to talk to, every individual is just a text away, irrespective of the designation. People are friendly and willing to help at any level.

Don't like policy for working hours. If work hours are being extended due to business requirement, one is not allowed to work remotely and complete remaining/required tasks. Don't like Gratuity and Health Insurance getting deducted from employee's salary. And, same is not mentioned in salary slip.
