Working here for nearly a year now and I haven't once felt the need to take any serious concern to the management or the HR. Smooth, is the word I would use to describe the whole experience. It is a very open, engaging and quite a sophisticated work environment around here. Dislikes

There should be some perks in terms of monetary incentives or bonus from the company end. That, for me, is the a major drawback. Apart from that, frequency and choice of activities can use some hike.

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved.
