Nothing except free parking under trees.

Dislikes

They have bias towards Bengali employees. They hire Bengalis even in Noida. So either be a toastmaster monkey doing jumping jacks or be a Bengali. Even their own management have skipped this company’s name from their profile. Their are better companies with much better prospects. I am so glad I am out of this hell hole.

This is one of those companies which can leave you in between anytime without giving any statistical reasoning on why is it done that way. Client will say they don't need to and the next second you're jobless.

Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

No Job security, managers don't work as employee's they work as if its their own company. No policies in written, clashes with the client on holidays - For e.g. if its an Indian holiday you will work for the client and if its client holiday still you will work because they don't have any policy around it. Basically a LALA type company.

New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
