Apart from salary there's no work life balance. No cooperation. No training for new employee. No skill development. Poor management. Promotion is a sugar coated poision here your life will be hell and there will be allot of unusual pressure. Lack of resources due to which you will get to suffer alot.....

Don't apply in this company. If you do so those are bad days in your whole life. Bad work environment and lic a ball culture. I never seen this type of management in my whole life manager so so so rude with you and they always try to feel you let down...no company policies no appraisal. DON'T APPLY IN THIS ORGANISATION SACURE YOUR FUTURE.

Everything.. bad management bad people. But for me HR are supportive for me. Otherwise everything is bad . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues there will be growth is very slow. Even no growth.
