Promotion is a sugar coated poision here your life will be hell and there will be allot of unusual pressure. Lack of resources due to which you will get to suffer alot.....

Work Life Balance was close to nill Pressure is way too high Management was poor becoz if someone's takes a leave each and every member of the team has to suffer due to that

Training is not provided, No job security, career growth is slow, Too much politics, work environment is very unsuitable for freshers, no innovative work, work life balance is the worst.

Its more like a govt job that's what the employees say, because they won't fire you. But what's the use of it if they keep on abusing you. They won't fire you but they won't let you do your work peacefully too..

Company filled with nepotism, no matter how good u r at your work, you won't get promoted.
