Everything, even the management behavior is unprofessional and the seniors have made the negative work environment which does not give positive vibes and make you forget your self esteem. You will find some people working in a higher positions just because of the favoritism by the manager, he talks very rudely, many times you will find him abusing employees, he has 100% attitude but 50% comm. skills, still the company is on him, IDK why. Its more like a govt job that's what the employees say, because they won't fire you. But what's the use of it if they keep on abusing you. They won't fire you but they won't let you do your work peacefully too..

Company filled with nepotism, no matter how good u r at your work, you won't get promoted.

In the name of entertainment they keep a call. No other activities, no excitement among the employees, just monotonous regular job.

Don't apply in this company. If you do so those are bad days in your whole life. Bad work environment and lic a ball culture. I never seen this type of management in my whole life manager so so so rude with you and they always try to feel you let down...no company policies no appraisal. DON'T APPLY IN THIS ORGANISATION SACURE YOUR FUTURE.

Everything.. bad management bad people. But for me HR are supportive for me. Otherwise everything is bad . There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues there will be growth is very slow. Even no growth.
