The hire a lot of freshers.

Dislikes

Unsatisfied Management, poor HR team (Can't raise an issue, they never work on that), Zero job security, No work life balance (you would need to beg for leaves), I should not be saying that but the managers are literally uneducated, can't even comunicate with the clients properly. Pay scale will give you tears. Only join if you don't have no option left.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
