I don't know why they can't wait for an unhealthy employee to take rest for one month only rather than they choose to Fire 😔, It really hurts sometimes because after all we are working in co-operate world bt still we are human and we can understand emotions also. So atleast those employees who are working so long with them they know them. So please be merciful and kind.

Super Seniors Do not respect their employees. For them Employees are robot they can work 24/7 without sleep and good food. My reporting time was 8 am and their is no fix time to leave sometimes we leave at 11 pm or sometime 12am. I can understand the work load but you cannot force someone to do work. They usually give orders to us that you have to work till 11 Pm or 12 am. They don’t care if you are sick or what they want their work....Read More
