There's nothing to like about integreon. there's no job security, partiality is on peak.

Dislikes

Most importantly the culture they don't even know how to treat their employees, they send baseless feedbacks and also management is very poor. Only a person gets promoted who only work to get promoted. Worst work environment. Stretching and pressure is on peak.

There's no fixed shift timings, you have to clockin at 8 somedays its end at 5pm otherwise end shift is not fixed also somedays weekend are working even though WFH is going on still we don't get time for our family

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggle a in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

It's a law firm but they set targets like any other sales process. They have 150 lawyers working but the actual job is data entry in their portal. Managers have no Idea how to set sensible targets they are really too high for each one on floor and they shout at you if you don't finish your Target you can't go home. They hire for 1 month contract gives you no training but make you sit atleast 2 weeks on bench and all of sudden with 15 mins of training you are asked to do the targets. No matter how you work they're not going to extend contract instead they fire the previous batch and again hire new candidates.
