The company is awesome for a beginner to work and learn. The exposure one can get is amazing.

Dislikes

Few top management guys are completely unprofessional and poor. They have a very narrow thought process and don't know how to talk. They don't know how to keep good employees and take them for granted.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
