Nothing to like in Integreon, your work-life balance would be worst, and seniors don't care about your health, the efforts you put in, extra hours to ask thrice a week. "Forgot your life and live for the company only" policy they follow.

No work-life balance After office hours always force you to do extra hours, which you can't deny Negative work culture No leaves approve (you have to follow a looooooooong checklist to get approved) sat-sun office work (you can't deny) No leaves even for your marriage. (My Manager asked me to join office on the day i was getting married. By This Only you can get an idea what work-life balance this company has.) I feel shameful i worked around 2 years for this company....Read More
