Management support in this Pandemic situation is amazing, throughout the lock down time we have not operated our office, and they have enquired about self and family safety, they have circulated safety measures taken when going out, and given job security for all the employees.

Intech is a very good company to work, it has well trained service engineers who takes care of the customers round the clock, management has given very good facilities to the employees and the travel policies are up to the corporate structure, and appraisal are good compared with other companies in the same field

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
