Work environment is good. Company is progressive and invest in new technology and ideas without much need of persuasion. Overall good place to learn grow and progress in career. Work life balance is excellent.

Technical trainings are limited. Bonus and compensations are average. Appraisals are average.

Intas is open to new challenges and adapt to change. Everyone gets opportunities to prove themselves. Number of projects to which one is exposed is the major benefit, as no other biosimilar company will have such a vast pipeline of biologics ready to get into market (domestic or Global).

Dislikes

Non technical teams are given unnecessary authority which can sometimes be troublesome. Highly unstable decision making abilities in higher management. Lack of training or insufficient training of technical and non technical skill sets provided to freshers, majorly crowd is dependent on seniors rather than SMEs and as a result most of the time misguided. Number of subject matter experts are too less this lands most of the crowd in dilemma. Work compensation for senior level is zero. Work Details

On technical front got a good exposure to work on a variety of projects. The role is pretty challenging and never let you feel stagnancy. While I joined I was hired for a group which I wanted to work with but with time that group was dissolved.
