Everything is perfect but at the time of IJP, management only think about chaaplooosiii and chamchagiri. Talent is no matter at that time only consider that any girl who is promoting by us, is the setting of any staff? Do any Quality, operations or from any staff love that girl? If yes, then there would only be formalities of interview that girl definitely selected. I left this job only because of this reason that a girl promoted in QA profile only because of setting of senior QA. Also, my supervisor was learning to a girl about MS Excel, making reports and analyzing them because he loves her. But, that girl smartly played and has gone to someone else after learning each and every thing. God bless her....Read More

Work culture is perfect. There is no work load.

We had received the call from guests and taking their order, cross sales and upscale as per their requirement. Also handled the refund cases which is pending from a long time. Work was very interesting and we really enjoyed it.
