1. Any time you can reach the management team and HR Team (read it right). Even in odd timing after officer hours to address your concerns. 2. Management give more space for learn more and grow. Consistent feedback about your performance and how / where to improve 3. Management accept any proposal from the resources and never denied. You can realize the implementation of your proposal. Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
