For a fresher this company is a good start through which we can no more about IT and can learn and develop our intended skills technically.

Dislikes

As an employee in Inspirisys Solutions Ltd I am satisfied and happy about many things such as people with supportive act, highly experienced staff will push freshers to learn and adapt situation which is good trait for person's career development. But the only low part is in the hike. Else hike for a fresher struggling with planning for their future improvement, Inspirisys is a good option.

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
