Insnap has an awesome work life balance although it may depend on the kind of the project you are in. The company even provides training will be good so that you will get a basic exposure to coding even if you are not aware of that. The workforce is comprised and supportive of individual of varying gender, ethnicity, age, religion and other attributes, which is good to see and work with.

Dislikes

The salaries vary for each person .And depending on the projects, some are required to work on shifts or work from home.

Fake promises, fake people, fire at will, managers keep fighting among themselves, subsequent remorseful messages for delay in salary, PF deduction's instant but literally don't put money in PF Account(in my whole career span in this company didn't credit a single penny in PF. But, deducted from salary every single month)

TBH work is good but sometimes seems hectic. for me commute is convenient so I took the role and also to keep learning at medium pace.

Dislikes

requirements and project timelines are not well conveyed and too many projects at same time we cant even give good justice as a designer to any of them. Training could have been better since i am experienced i am able to manage adhoc.
