I like many things about my company .Here Employee will have many Opportunities of learning new things, work on New technologies. As Label of my company 'Thinking Breaking thoughts' they always proved this. One of best thing here you did good work then monthly they Rewarded you as share your achievement with All employees, this gives more motivation to hard work.

Dislikes

I don't have much which I dislike about my company. But sometime I have to work 16-17 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Worst company i have worked till today. Zero support for laterals and they will remove you from projects even if you work day and night. Hr won't listen you until you resign.

Dislikes

Initially they feel you like its a best company but once you are in a project things will be totally different. They can remove you from projects doesn't matter how much effort you put. Please avoid this company.

Likes

Nagarro provides remote job for some projects. Also tax declaration process is also good. You can opt for Carporate nps, and many more. Leave policies are also good.

Dislikes

Bench is hell. Allocation process is really terrible. There are dry promotions mostly and hike in salary is like only tax increased not inhand salary. In the name of organizational bonus they did salary cut i.e. 3% of fixed component. Most of Clients projects have old techstack. No work life balance due to bad clients. They fired most of employees while market was down.
