No job security. No work life balance. Project management is very poor. Not professional. No good projects at all. No appreciation for your efforts. Office politics and bad work culture will make you hate IT job.

Poor work-life balance: Company's poor work-life balance has significant effect on its employee's physical and mental well-being, personal relationships, job satisfaction, and overall retention rates. Depending on projects employees are consistently burdened with overwhelming workloads, tight deadlines, and an unhealthy expectation of working long hours. Terrible leave policies: The leave policies are characterized by inflexibility and an alarming lack of consideration of employees' personal needs. To get leaves on Mondays and Fridays double approval from the management is required. Even personal matters needs to be explained to get leaves. Poor project management: Lack of proper planning and scheduling of project development leads to regularly working overtime and weekends and the work done is not at all recognized by the management team. The over time and weekends worked are not compensated in any way even if it is due to requirement from the client. Frequent technology changes: The relentless pace of technology change takes a toll on employee well-being. Constantly grappling with new system s and tools without adequate support or time for adjustment. Pathetic training methods for freshers: Freshers without any prior experience are tasked to work on internal projects with intentionally placed tight schedules and overwhelming pressure from managers. They are required to work overtime and weekends on such projects. Frequent technology changes also affects mastering a specific language or technology. Uncertain job security: Employees are relieved from the compony in a very unprofessional manner. If the management decides to terminate an employee, they'll give the employee a very hard time until the employee decides to quit. Employees who are in notice period are terminated without any specific reasons and prior information and without compensating the remaining period. Lack of Concern for Employee Health: Management at Innovature has demonstrated a lack of concern for employee health, evident through emails and verbal communication. There is one particular individual, often seen sitting and shouting in their glass cabin, who not only lacks empathy but also acts as a constant surveillance presence. This environment can be demoralizing and detrimental to employee well-being. Quick Technology Switching: Innovature frequently switches technologies, providing exposure to various platforms. However, this also means employees must constantly adapt to new technologies, potentially resulting in a lack of specialization. Hiring Freshers vs. Losing Experienced Personnel: Innovature seems to prioritize expanding by hiring freshers while experienced employees leave. This turnover of experienced staff leads to a loss of valuable knowledge and expertise. Worst Leave Policies: The leave policies at Innovature are highly unfavorable. Obtaining leave approvals can be challenging, and the lack of flexibility when it comes to taking time off can lead to burnout. Complicated Compensatory Off: While Innovature provides compensatory off for working weekends, it's often difficult to utilize these leaves effectively. Employees may find themselves unable to use their earned time off, rendering the compensatory leave almost pointless. Negotiating Resignation: When resigning from Innovature, they may attempt to negotiate if you're considered a valuable resource. However, accepting a counteroffer usually results in being treated as an enemy from the moment you resign. It is advisable not to accept such offers, as regret may follow. No Code Review Process: Innovature lacks a proper code review process, allowing even freshers to contribute to live projects without adequate supervision.
