I had a good career start from here. I did a couple of good projects and I had very good exposure to learning a lot. I had to participate in the entire solution lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging. I also ensured security and data protection, code reviews, testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.

Sometimes you feel undervalued even though the you put good efforts.

Poor work-life balance: Company's poor work-life balance has significant effect on its employee's physical and mental well-being, personal relationships, job satisfaction, and overall retention rates. Depending on projects employees are consistently burdened with overwhelming workloads, tight deadlines, and an unhealthy expectation of working long hours. Terrible leave policies: The leave policies are characterized by inflexibility and an alarming lack of consideration of employees' personal needs. To get leaves on Mondays and Fridays double approval from the management is required. Even personal matters needs to be explained to get leaves. Poor project management: Lack of proper planning and scheduling of project development leads to regularly working overtime and weekends and the work done is not at all recognized by the management team. The over time and weekends worked are not compensated in any way even if it is due to requirement from the client. Frequent technology changes: The relentless pace of technology change takes a toll on employee well-being. Constantly grappling with new system s and tools without adequate support or time for adjustment. Pathetic training methods for freshers: Freshers without any prior experience are tasked to work on internal projects with intentionally placed tight schedules and overwhelming pressure from managers. They are required to work overtime and weekends on such projects. Frequent technology changes also affects mastering a specific language or technology. Uncertain job security: Employees are relieved from the compony in a very unprofessional manner. If the management decides to terminate an employee, they'll give the employee a very hard time until the employee decides to quit. Employees who are in notice period are terminated without any specific reasons and prior information and without compensating the remaining period.
