Nothing. There is no job security, Even there is no projects, Work culture is so terrible, Even though they didn't identify talented people. Simply waste its definetly going to close in 3 months

No Work life balance, No work even we can say that you will be in Bemch for almost one year and they will fire you because of you are in bench. There is no job security

One of the best part of working at Innovature are the colleagues you get. You get to work in latest technology and at times multiple technologies.

Sometimes the work is hectic and may have to work on weekends, but thats ok once in a while and we also get comp-off on.
