I am working here since last 7 yrs. Got excellent experience with best working culture. The management is very supportive. Flexible timings, On time salary, Hassle free operations, Good working environment make this place awesome. Company maintains classy things towards employees and clients both. As i have completed 1 an 1/2 years in innovatiview, the best part is ,Salary appraisal and a tour in a year ,new work assignment , working culture .overall in my 10 year working period ,this is the best one i got.

if i talk about dislike ,sometime u have to available 24/7 (from home & office ) on the peak time of major project , otherwise overall good.
