I am working here since last 7 yrs. Got excellent experience with best working culture. The management is very supportive. Flexible timings, On time salary, Hassle free operations, Good working environment make this place awesome. Company maintains classy things towards employees and clients both. Such a marvelous company.

As i have completed 1 an 1/2 years in innovatiview, the best part is ,Salary appraisal and a tour in a year ,new work assignment , working culture .overall in my 10 year working period ,this is the best one i got.

Dislikes

if i talk about dislike ,sometime u have to available 24/7 (from home & office ) on the peak time of major project , otherwise overall good.

:- For Project management there is not any extra benefit except salary. :- Generally all projects on Saturday / Sunday where there is not any over time amount paid , Only Comp off Generated, :- No Incentive for Project management candidate. :- Company need to Payment software for smooth Vendors payment.

I was working in Innovatiview India Ltd company since 2022, I felt very good working and got to learn a lot and did new projects, did some hard work to make them possible solve it by doing it, seniors supported everyone

We do good work but there is no one to watch our work. Whoever is a close friend is given more importance. If someone is working as a slave for a senior then he is given first priority. It is given and the one who is giving his full contribution in his work and working hard, has no value
