Although I have only 6-8 months of SAP experience, the trainings I received from Innoval helped me establish a strong base in SAP ABAP. My connect with HR and managers helped me to apply myself with positivity and confidence in the task assigned to me. I am able to my prior experience effectively as an ABAP developer. Personally I am impressed by how much effort my managers and HR puts into grooming employees and those with career gaps. Starting off as a freelance web designer and then being a part of an e-sport/gaming/event startup; my corpate career started at Innova digital solutions as SAP basis trainee consultant . The initial experience was overwhelming as I was lucky to be a part of IVL as my coworkers and seniors made it comfortable for me to learn and evolve. SAP basis has a lot of opportunities and over the period I could improve my skills in networking , troubleshooting and os operations . Being deployed with real time clients gave me the opportunity to implement the skills and adapt to client requirements. An onsite project opportunity taught me a lot in terms of accountability , responsibility , time management and people skills. The best company to start your career in SAP. I am currently working as an SAP developer and joined IVL as a trainee in my initial days and didn't know anything about this platform. The training which I got is one of the best and I got an opportunity to be a part of IVL Learning Hub as well. The exposure that the employees are getting is one of the best in terms of projects/products. The clients/SAP implementations that we are doing are for multi-national/manufacturing/financial companies.
