What i mostly liked that management tries to hold any employee if they are resigning..thats it..and that is also worst part that even if the person is not worth holding still they try..and people take advantage of that alot they want promotion or salary increase just simply tells the management they are resigning…and boom your work is done…you get a promotion..

No standard process of working..no personal life balance…office politics at its peak and work from home is just a word here..they force people to come to office..and still management proudly says we have permanent wfh option as well..and its just for saying that company is 5 day working but the reality is you have to work at weekends as well that too for 12hrs….

Its an abusive place. Some friend of HR called her to target someone and spoil my job profile. They hired for one role, didnt allocate work for almost 20-30 days. Didnt pay salary. They didnt have any project. Created a fake reason of BGV because they didnt have the project. Created PF account and said you can tell people you haventworked. I said how is this possible. HR and Accounts team are jealous of people salary and careers, targets them for no reason. Its like hit and run. You come from good companies and work in such places, they will spoil your career. They didnt pay salary in exchange of experience letter. Fake BGV processes ruining careers. My life is destroyed. They create their own process. If this company do not pay you salary, please take legal action. They do this to lot of peoples....Read More

Funny and sad part at the same time is, instead of defending their own employees, they will bash you along with client😅 4. The salary hikes are inadequate and the experienced salaries are not aligned with market standards. There is a lack of recognition and appreciation for the work done. Cost-cutting measures are excessive, even for basic needs. Opportunities to learn new technologies or rotation between projects are minimal. Complaints are not taken seriously if it involves key resources, they are are even allowed to disregard corporate ethics. I did not enjoy they have no control on clients

I got a termination letter when I was on leave . They send me showcase notice twice when I was on leave. They asked for approval mail of client for your leave. I discussed with client regarding my planned leave and they approved it verbally. I thought it is ok to take leaves for my kids birthday . Mean time they sent me show cause notice for my leave and I did not see it as promised I reached to Hyderabad , and when I saw my personal email I was terminated . Pathetic/Toxic environment. micro management, they have promoted those people who doesn't have any knowledge about leadership and they are firing employees so their job could be safe. I will never recommend anybody to work in this company.

My project is good in terms of work life balance

All the projects innova solution have are of very small. No project is having more than 10 member team. Only huge project in the organisation is Centene, and they make the project members work for all 7 days

Dislikes

Toxic environment. Manager threatens you if you wont work on weekends. No HR control. Stress, stress and stress. You never know wen they will initiate the PIP for you. Be aware before join this company. You have to work atleast 12-14 hrs daily and also on weekends. Worst culture. No benefit no good salary. No client based project.
