Top Management is clueless about how to run company. In Middle management there are absolute rubbish people who are non technical is handling business critical projects like SATYA PRAKASH who is totally zero.

Poor management and leadership. The HR/Team leads do not know what level of work employees do. HR does not know how to write an offer letter or conduct on-boarding processes for employees. People are made to work without any written documentation (which may lead to legal issues). Expect micromanagement from the supervisors. I would not encourage people to go for the Innodata Interview/Test since the portal/interface has malware which can corrupt the system. I had to fix my system twice due to some kernel heap error. So, its very risky to attempt such tests....Read More

but upper management is terrible appraisal are like 1000rs per year, salary credited every month is different by some amount and unrealistic pressure.

There is job security if you have completed the probationary period and they will try their best to accommodate in other projects if your ongoing is stopped.

1. Manager will never take in account your insights. 2. If a junior insults and abuses you, the manager and the higher authority will be least bothered to take any action. Will always give you assurance that we are looking into it. 3. Sometimes the tone of Project Manager (AVP) is very rude. 4. HR will never reply to your mails, and don't expect to get a reply from other departments if you don't have an official account. 5. Leads under whose responsibility projects are discontinued are given numerous opportunities, despite failure. 6<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Managers will compare you (Internal employees) with External Frelancer to reach quota</mark>. Work culture is pathetic. No work life balance at all. They make you work like labourers in a factory..Trainer Tanya is so rude, she will ask you to work like donkeys even in training period and she will also scold you badly and force you to stop taking lunch or tea breaks even.

Dislikes

Poor management.. This company is a torture.. They play with employees' health.. targets are too high so that you keep working like zombies for 12-14 hours in a day.
