If you ask too much then you will be in the next Fire list. 3) They will force you to login for OT and did not pay you the desired amount which is promised. OT was delayed 5-6 Months for my many friends. 4) If you leave the company they will not give you experience letter on time and even they will make too much excuses and not pay your F&F. 5) Appraisal is 2-3% every year. If You will compare with your salary it will be 800-1500 or 1800 max per year fixed increments even you have 4-5 rating. 6) If they promote you to next level then they will force you to work on same salary or without increament.
