Salary though low paid on fixed date. Some sort of training is imparted while assigning job.

Hire and fire policy. In one day they laid off nearly 100 employees on zoom meeting. Prefer temporary employment so that they have lower cost. During employment reluctant to grant leave. Recruit post graduate degree holders with meagre salary taking full advantage of precarious employment situation in the country presently.

I have worked almost 1.5 Years in this company but the real truth about this company is very horrible. I am explaining point wise. 1) There is no any skill development and No job security. They can fire you anytime without notifying you. They have only one excuse that “We do not have clients”. Actually they simply hire candidates tocleare the backlogs and then fire them when backlogs are clear. 2) Salary is always on time but They will hold OT and Incentive without any proper reason and if you ask why is it on hold they will not clearify you. If you ask too much then you will be in the next Fire list. 3) They will force you to login for OT and did not pay you the desired amount which is promised. OT was delayed 5-6 Months for my many friends. 4) If you leave the company they will not give you experience letter on time and even they will make too much excuses and not pay your F&F. 5) Appraisal is 2-3% every year. If You will compare with your salary it will be 800-1500 or 1800 max per year fixed increments even you have 4-5 rating. 6) If they promote you to next level then they will force you to work on same salary or without increament....Read More

It's my first company so ok but terrible experience even my quality of work is very good but they still take around 40 days extra for confirmation and without salary appraisal. I worked here in associate position.

Too much overload of work Saturday and Sunday is week off but they force us to work without ot. They promised us many things in the beginning with many lies.

Very Less Salary , salary is not as market standards No job security, they can fire and terminate anytime. Firing and hiring calture Work load is too much Manager always make pressure on you for work even you are doing good Management always demotivate you, he exploits you for his promotion
