Likes

The company was open to innovation. I love the fact that i was a part of the team that successfully marketed good and very new product's to the country. Another plus was my colleagues we worked happily in collaboration.

Salary - Excellent
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes. Also, there is no on-job training for the beginners so I have to train them step by step

generally speaking, my work was bit challenging as i have to look after the entire product marketing and distribution life cycle as well as manage daytoday yield operation. Pitching for my company as a marketer gets tiring it will be a great learning exp

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
