The head of the company is too rude. The compensation part goes as she wishes for, not regarding the employee’s work. Regardless of the employment agreement, (wherein it is mentioned that the employer can terminate the employee or the employee can leave the organization while serving the notice period), the head very rudely terminates the employee (without the completion of notice period) from her organization which is a highly unprofessional attitude....Read More
