Taking leave is a hectic process. You cannot miss weekly review meetings. Senior will create an big issue if you miss meeting. On holidays, you must post in social media for all the clients. You cannot miss client calls. If you miss, your senior will create a big issue. Worst part is, when you do not achieve targets, review meeting will go for hours. As long as you achieve targets, you can earn more in this office. 100% only for learning and increase salary. Forget holidays and weekend....Read More
