They give more knowledge in business for marketing. Everyone is equal in office. Good respect for all people. MD is a nice person.

...go for hours. As long as you achieve targets, you can earn more in this office. 100% only for learning and increase salary. Forget holidays and weekend.

Very strict office timing. Taking leave at short notice will give problem. Work life balance can be tough at times due to heavy workloads and meeting targets within tight deadlines can create pressure. One line, forget holidays and timings.

Manager and team leader very good. Promotion fast and manager recommendation good. Training was very well organised and real time project based. Clients are huge and their marketing activities are at next level. For work after 06pm OT is given. Logesh MD is very nice person.

Taking leave is impossible. Several escalation for taking one day leave. For proper permission have to send leave request one week advance. Management pressure for target is very high. Extreme strict timing. Login and logout time very strict.

Good company to work. Learning and training is good. Manager teach everything step by step. Ads creation, client handle, strategy everything training very good.

Target and work pressure is very high. Weekly meeting and manager very strict. Taking leave is impossible. If you join this company, you can learn more knowledge but forget holidays. Very very strict login time and logout time. Work from home impossible.
