Infosys has good brand name nothing else Infosys have. Work pressure too much
Unnecessary policies are in Infosys . Weekends working are mandatory , forced for work on Saturday Sunday and incentive will get for Weekends only when you are on 100 % accuracy and will get quater end if any of employee on notice period will not eligible for any incentive. No annually increment appraisal are 2 or 3 % annually only. Night shift min. 500 and max 3k. Very poor pay scale and annually increment. Totally wastage of time with work in Infosys. If any one wants to grow and learn new thing they just ask its depends on role means level 2b and 2a can't do anything except the processing does not matter how much skills you have. Forget about the permotions. It's totally upto how much you can bettering with your manager....Read More

Except mine salary, nothing in my sense.
Infosys IL is good but Infosys BPM is worst. They have even marked the IT support under BPM which should have been under IL. Being a L1 support Analyst, the management has never taken any initiative to build up and enhance the skill of their employees. Never suggest you to go on the name of the Company but to take a deep down check with the ex-employees and then pick your decision.

The Infosys bench is the best thing about it.You can easily find new projects.
Growth prospects are really low and so are skill development opportunities.Most of the time you are left at other’s mercy for increment and promotion.Its very slow and most of the time non existent as promotion will come with a lot of terms and conditions without any real benefits.Money is a big problem.They don’t pay you enough.

Work culture and ppl are toxic does a lot of micro management and top of the line promotions and appraisals are only given based on how good of bucket you’ll be nothing matters. One can join if they’re a Great BUCKET. Performance appraisals will be under your feet. No proper leave cycle every leave is considered as earned leave or LOP. No sick leave or emergency leaves.

The best part and the only reason why most of the employee are still at IBPM are because of WFH. There is still no mandate on hybrid or wfo. Learning and training portal is excellent if used correctly.
It's been 3 years and still there are no appraisals with regards to salary revision. The variable pay is payed out with an average of 60-65%.
