The salary at the time of hiring. The project though short term has the latest technology stack to gets hands on. The training team is putting lots of efforts in upskilling resources on cloud technologies

They hire employees on contract and keeps extending 1-2 according their mood, even though your performance is excellent, changes shift without discussing with employees, fixed NSA for contract employees, cost cutting on its peak here.

They treat you like a labour, managers are all working in survival mode, every one is trying to save themselves. No application for hard work, fired many people by putting them in PIP. Increments given this year were 2% on an average.

A good company led by worst people. Join only when you have no other options. Infogain and HCL started at the same time. Look at HCL where they have reached now and Infogain?? Infogain is struggling to survive. In recent years you see so many failed companies led by worst people merging together to survive - Similar to family led political parties in India forming alliance to face BJP. This company lacks innovation, professional culture and any long term vision. Most of its leaders have myopic view of future. HR is led by highly incompetent people. They spend their full day attending meeting with team members behind closed doors and what do they produce after these so called brain storming meetings - colorful PPTs.
