It goes blindly for hiring on the basis of what it can get materialized the projects which are in pipeline.If it did not workout it just start firing again blindly. The hiring process is based on the principle, we need 'X' employees. Afterwards it follows the principle we need to fire 'X' employees. No movement are support is provided for the vacancies lying in other vertical or locations. No training on new skills as such environment is created people start looking for job outside. The HR call the employees and ask them to resign else you will be fired.No option so emp has to agree. Very bad environment if you do not know the office politics. They have one International verticals and trust me you can't get worst project and management. They create the fake profile/skills/exp and body shop to different clients maximum high demanding Indian clients(who paid too much) and if you don't survive the fake CV, you are fired....Read More
