Work life balance is worst. There is no personal life if you wish to grow professionally there. There is a lot of favoritism and group monopoly when it comes to growth. Best opportunities are given to only a selected few individuals based on the relations they make within the company and not based on sheer performance.

I like colleagues and off course project leads where as the behave of management is really not good because it we don't get project they will fire for sure as one of my colleague got fired. So, I don't recommend to join there.

There are many great people at InfoCepts who are really supporting. The people I have met here I will look up to for the rest of my life. The learnings and opportunities I have gotten recently in my career are really valuable for me. Though this may differ from project to project.

Dislikes

There is a grey area when talking about work load and pressure for a fresher who doesn't get paid enough. Even after giving your 100% in the job, the salary was not satisfactory.

If you are assigned a good project, then work culture is excellent.

Dislikes

Salary and promotion are not satisfactory, even if you gave your best in all areas. And performed excellently the whole year. They use PIP to get rid of employees. If you performed well in the whole process of PIP, but at the end they are not satisfied with your work and ask you to resign.
