Regarding job security, as long as employee is willing to work in the company, they will look to retain the employee. In the past 20 years they didn't remove anyone.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
