Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. Everyone respects you irrespective of who you are in the company. You will start to sense it from Day 1. Policies are employee friendly. Management is good. Gives you flexibility to work from home or office the way your team seems fit. 50% women in leadership. Very inclusive people towards all genders. Unlimited leaves. Powerful machines for developers. Parties do happen few times a year. Nice people and managers. Nobody works on weekends. Overall not a perfect workplace but better workplace than 95% of companies if money matters are kept aside. Dislikes

Nobody is perfect so they recently laid off people (nearly 6%) but with proper support and time. Their products are functionally rich but too old fashioned which makes it hard to sell product to new customers and easy to sell to older customers on recurring basis since they have spent lot of time learning the product and its hard tolet it go. Almost more than half of leadership just resigned slowly over short period of time. Not sure whats going on internally. Lot of shuffles in organisational structure. Higher management is in expirement mode with leadership positions, not sure if the pressure is from investors. Performance bonuses are disappointing. Lucky if you get even 15%. The work culture Finastra provides, is tremendous. Managers are very accommodating. Great work life balance. Permanent hybrid working model.

Dislikes

Management can take a better approach to retain old employees by providing them monetary benefits. Hikes and bonuses should be considered.
